The Challenge
Uplevel the performance and impact of a major accounting software company’s direct mail campaign with a strategy to reignite audience engagement without increasing budget.
The Solution
To reinvigorate the campaign for current customers, Snowball performed an A/B creative test between the existing format (letterpack), which was already familiar to some customers, and a new self-mailer format with an interactive element (Advent Bifold).
The Results
The new Advent Bifold outperformed the control letterpack format by almost 10%, which was statistically significant at 85% confidence levels. The next step was to roll out the new, better-performing creative to the audience as a whole.
